Mrs. Baghdasaryan is a highly skilled professional who oversees the strategic direction of Optimize. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and client relations, with a focus on process optimization and technology integration to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, drawing from her previous administrative, human resources, and office management roles, as well as extensive local and international training. Mrs. Baghdasaryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Oriental and Arabic Studies from Yerevan State University and a Master’s in Political Science from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.
