Between October 29 and November 3, Optimize Academy delivered its high-impact intensive training, “From Idea to Funding: How to Write a Competitive Grant Application.” This program was designed for organizations and visionaries who seek to transform ambitious concepts into fully funded realities through technical precision and persuasive storytelling.

• Monitoring & Impact: Building a narrative around Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) to demonstrate long-term project sustainability.
