Optimize Academy hosted a professional grant application writing course for representatives of various fields.
The course covered:
Types of grant programs,
The main components of a proposal,
Developing reasonable goals, creating a logical framework and using a Gantt chart,
Monitoring and evaluating projects,
Principles of effective budgeting,
Risk assessment and mitigation mechanisms,Best practices and practical tips for writing applications.
The goal of the course was to provide participants with practical knowledge, special tools and resources.
It is important to mention that the course included an access to individual mentoring sessions with the trainer to help them develop competitive grant applications.
The training has debuted by Irina Pahlevanyan, an internationally qualified management consultant (CMC) and fundraising expert with 15 years of experience, Vice President of ICC Armenia and Chairwoman of the Corporate Sustainability Committee.
