Recently in Vanadzor, EBRD Advice for Small Businesses in Armenia and ARFIN UCO organized a “Financial Literacy and Analysis” workshop for women entrepreneurs, led by Optimize Consulting’s CEO and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Hrayr Barsoumian.
The event kicked off with an online speech by Zara Ohanyan, Head of Small Business Advisory in EBRD, who opened with a welcoming address.
Participants gained valuable knowledge in financial literacy, budgeting, forecasting, and business development strategies.
