Corporate trainings for “Arvestaran” NGO

Optimize Academy partnered with the “Arvestaran” NGO to conduct a targeted one-month course aimed at significantly increasing the effectiveness of the NGO’s work.

Scope of Training:

The comprehensive curriculum was designed with a practical focus on the NGO’s current and upcoming programs. Key objectives included developing project management skills, improving process organization, and ensuring more efficient resource management.

The training covered critical areas, including:

Project Management Fundamentals and Workflow Optimization.

Risk Management and Monitoring & Assessment tools.

Effective Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Conflict Management.

Mrs. Tatyana Markaryan (Deputy CEO, Optimize Consulting): Led the corporate training debut with sessions on workflow optimization and resource planning.
