Irina Pahlevanyan is a highly accomplished fundraising expert, mentor, and consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting organizational growth and sustainability. As Head of the 4090 Charity Foundation and Vice President of the Executive Board at ICC National Committee Armenia, Irina has been instrumental in advancing corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Armenia. She also serves on multiple boards, including the BVIK Educational Foundation and Armenian Young Women’s Association, and is a founding member of the Association of Private Preschools in Armenia.
Irina collaborates with global organizations like UNDP, the European Commission, and EBRD, focusing on empowering nonprofit and private organizations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve financial sustainability. She is a TEDx speaker and a recipient of the Rybakov Foundation Global Contest award in the “Education Community Leader” category. Irina holds dual master’s degrees: an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Yerevan State University and an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the University of Kent.
