Optimize, staying true to its mission of sharing knowledge and expertise, hosted 20 volunteers from various countries who came to Armenia through the Birthright Armenia program.
Optimize’s Executive Director, Hrayr Barsoumian, led an interactive and engaging workshop on soft skills and leadership styles. During the session, participants had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into their personal and team skills while exploring different leadership approaches.
