His academic foundation is equally robust, with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Economics from Saint Joseph University (USJ), Lebanon, where he specialized in banking and financial markets. Mr. Barsoumian has translated this extensive knowledge into significant hands-on experience, having worked in critical financial management, risk management, and business consulting roles across a diverse range of sectors, including banking, insurance, contracting, and investment funds. This multi-sector experience has provided him with a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective on business challenges. Beyond his professional practice, Mr. Barsoumian is dedicated to sharing his expertise, serving as an Executive MBA financial management lecturer at Yerevan State Medical University, where he helps shape the next generation of business leaders. Furthermore, his commitment to fostering economic development is evident in his role as the Deputy Chair of the Entrepreneurship & SMEs Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce National Committee Armenia, where he advocates for small and medium-sized enterprises.

With over two decades of distinguished experience in executive management, alternative asset management, and investor relations, Sevan has built a commendable career across the UK and Luxembourg as a private banker, specializing in advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices. Sevan's professional journey includes a pivotal role until 2018 as the Head of the Middle East Desk at BNP Paribas Private Banking in London. In this capacity, he successfully managed assets exceeding USD 600 million. Prior to his tenure at BNP Paribas, Sevan held the position of Relationship Manager at HSBC, where he provided expert advisory services specializing in commercial and property financing mandates. In addition to his substantial banking career, Sevan is a seasoned entrepreneur with ownership in several diverse enterprises, reflecting his dynamic engagement in the business sector.

Mrs. Markaryan is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse academic background, holding an Executive MBA from Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU), a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU). She is an experienced financial expert with extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, process optimization, and large-scale project management. Her distinguished career includes serving in a leadership capacity as the Deputy Director for Financial and Economic Affairs at E-Governance Infrastructure Implementation Agency CJSC ("EKENG" CJSC) from 2017 to 2024. In addition to her role at Optimize, Mrs. Markaryan is also an Expert-Consultant for the implementation program of the Comprehensive Health Insurance System at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

Mrs. Baghdasaryan is a highly skilled professional who oversees the strategic direction of Optimize. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and client relations, with a focus on process optimization and technology integration to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, drawing from her previous administrative, human resources, and office management roles, as well as extensive local and international training. Mrs. Baghdasaryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Oriental and Arabic Studies from Yerevan State University and a Master's in Political Science from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.

Mr. Khachatryan is a dedicated and highly skilled senior financial analyst known for his sharp attention to detail. He provides valuable insights and strategic solutions that are critical for driving financial stability and informing key business decisions. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Management from Artsakh State University, Mr. Khachatryan possesses a strong academic foundation. Elen Karapetyan is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting. She supports financial operations across various services, including business planning, financial management, and outsourced CFO services. Her role involves preparing financial models and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to clients. Ms. Karapetyan holds a Bachelor of Financial Management from UFAR.

Mrs. Balayan specializes in building personal and corporate brands, creating digital ecosystems, enhancing expertise-based positioning, and managing content strategies. Her professional approach combines analytics, marketing architecture, and contemporary visual communication, enabling the development of strong, recognizable brands and the scaling of their market presence. Within Optimize, Mrs. Balayan is responsible for marketing strategy, brand positioning, and increasing brand awareness.
